Use this free checklist to gather the measurements, photos, quantity, colours, timing, and use details needed for a custom 3D print quote.
Describe the result you need
Write one or two sentences explaining the item, what it should do, and where it will be used. This keeps the request centred on the outcome instead of requiring you to choose an unfamiliar printing process.

- Anything it must hold, fit, display, or attach to
Gather practical reference details
Measurements and photographs reduce avoidable follow-up. Include a ruler or familiar object for scale when a photograph alone would be ambiguous.
- Width, height, and depth in millimetres where possible
- Close-up and wider-context photographs
- A rough sketch with important dimensions marked
- A link or product name if the print relates to another item
Add order and appearance preferences
Finish the checklist with quantity, colour preferences, timing, and any existing file. You can submit the quote without giving an email address to access this checklist; email is only requested when you choose to send the quote itself.
